Positive thinking
what lovely weather!
There's something about the sun shining that cheers everyone up. The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming, radio one is playing and the bottle of pimms is open! I sit in the garden, feet up, with my book and feel completely content. This feeling isn't something that comes naturally for some people so we should really appreciate it when it comes.
And if it hasn't come for you yet, sit in a quiet place, eyes shut, and think about why it hasn't? What is bothering you at the moment? Write the worries down and also write down the opposite of these worries. After you have fixed these worries, what would your life be like? This is very simple and very black and white, and I know life isn't this black and white, but a simple visualization like this could be the first step in seeing your life in a more positive, fixable way. Focus on how you could fix these problems, in an ideal world, and these ideas/methods could be more reachable than you think.
It's hard to think positively when you are having a stressful time, so this little visualization and the writing down of your problems, could help lift the weight off your shoulders, letting you address the problems in a positive relaxed manner.
